Material: Merino wool is renowned for its resilience, natural elasticity and softness. The fleecy texture of your Arelle Blanket ensures that you benefit fully from these properties. These blankets are lighter than our other bedding blankets. They are excellent for hot weather use or throws.

Breathable: The warmth and wicking properties of merino wool are making it the natural choice for next-to-skin outdoor pursuits clothing. The same qualities make it excellent for bedding. It maintains a more even temperature and humidity and promotes healthier sleep. This is why Arelle Blankets uses pure Merino wool for our baby blanket range.

Versatile: Take your Arelle Blanket off the bed and use it in the garden, in the conservatory or on the settee. They are also great for camping, caravanning and yachting. This is a great all-rounder, useful anywhere.

Easy to clean: Natural fibres resist dirt and microbes. Merino wool blankets also resist allergy causing dust mites. We recommend shaking your Arelle Blanket occasionally, preferable outside. Surface dirt or marks are best treated by wiping with a damp cloth. You can use mild detergent. If the blanket is badly stained it should be dry-cleaned by a specialist cleaner. Treated properly your Arelle Blanket will last for many years making it excellent value.
